- Vehicle information — year, make, model, VIN, mileage, and known issues for vehicles you tell us about
- Conversation summaries — AI-generated summaries of your conversations with Torque and Quinn (not the full conversation text, which is automatically deleted after 30 days)
- Preferences — your communication style preference (casual/technical/detailed), DIY skill level, and price sensitivity
- Consultation history — topics discussed, outcomes, and whether a follow-up was expected
- Tool session context — vehicle data you enter into our diagnostic and estimation tools
This data is used exclusively to personalize your experience with Torque and Quinn — for example, remembering your car so you do not have to re-enter it every time, or following up on a repair you mentioned previously.
Data Retention
- Full conversation turns: Automatically deleted after 30 days
- Conversation summaries: Retained until you delete your account or opt out of memory
- User profiles and vehicle data: Retained until you delete your account
- Analytics events: Automatically deleted after 90 days
- Tool session data: Automatically deleted after 1 year
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, send newsletters and updates you've opted into, respond to your inquiries, personalize your experience with AI-powered conversations, and analyze site usage to improve content and functionality. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
